据中国贸易救济信息网，3月10日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度国内企业Swati Petro Products Ltd.和Jet Healthcare Ltd.提交的申请，对原产于或进口自中国的糖精（Saccharin）启动反规避调查，审查中国涉案产品是否经由泰国出口至印度以规避现行的反补贴税。本案补贴调查期为2025年4月至2025年9月（6个月），损害调查期为2022年至2023年、2023年至2024年、2024年至2025年以及2025年4月至2025年9月。本案涉及印度海关编码29251100项下的产品。
